How to edit a number in a photo online

1. Upload a clear original
Use a JPG, PNG, or WebP where the digits are readable. A close, sharp source gives the editor more useful detail than a small, compressed screenshot. Keep an untouched copy of the original.
The editor opens with number selection ready. Wait for the detected boxes before choosing a target; uploading a photo alone does not start a replacement.
2. Select the number you actually want to change
Click or tap the box around the target. If the same number appears twice, choose its position in the photo, not just the matching value. Check that the selected text includes everything you intend to replace.
For a price, pay attention to currency signs and decimal separators. For a date, check whether the selected box contains only the day or the full date. Enter a replacement for the selected text, rather than assuming the editor will calculate or update related values.
3. Enter the new value, generate, and review
Type the exact replacement, generate the edit, and compare the result with the original. Read every digit before downloading. Check the nearby words and numbers too: a plausible-looking result can still contain a wrong character or an unintended change.

Update a price without changing the product

Move an event date without changing its time
The workshop poster changes from OCT 24 to OCT 31. The event name and 2 PM time should remain unchanged. If you select only “24,” enter “31”; if you select “OCT 24,” replace that complete string. See the event poster date guide for more review details.
Change only one repeated number
Both flower labels start at $18. Only the price under TULIPS should become $22. Select the correct box and inspect the ROSES $18 label afterward. This matters whenever a menu, label sheet or poster contains repeated numbers.
Check the result before downloading
- Read the new value: check every digit, decimal point, currency sign and unit.
- Compare the type: look at character height, weight, spacing and baseline alongside nearby text.
- Inspect the surface: zoom in on paper grain, reflections, shadows and perspective.
- Check everything outside the target: nearby prices, dates, names and objects should retain their meaning.
- Review the complete image: make sure the edited patch also looks natural at the size you will publish.
Tiny, blurred, curved or strongly angled numbers are harder to edit. If detection misses the target, try a sharper original or a closer crop. If a replacement is inaccurate, return to the original and refine the selection rather than repeatedly editing a damaged result. Exact typography may require a manual editing tool.

Will the new number match the original font?
The edit uses nearby text and surface details as references. Matching is not guaranteed, especially for small or distorted text. Compare the shape, spacing, color and angle at full size.
Does changing one number update the others?
Do not assume so. Select the specific occurrence you want to edit. The editor does not calculate totals or synchronize prices, dates or quantities elsewhere in the image.
Can I edit numbers on records or official documents?
Use number replacement for ordinary visual material you own or are authorized to update, such as shop signs and event posters. Do not use it to falsify IDs, receipts, financial records, grades, legal documents or evidence. For private information, choose redaction instead of inventing a replacement.
