Is depixelating the same as unblurring?

No. Depixelating targets square blocks and stair-step edges from low resolution or compression. Unblurring targets smeared or soft edges caused by movement, focus, or general softness.

Which file should I upload?

Upload the largest, least-compressed copy available. Avoid taking a screenshot of a thumbnail because that preserves the low detail while adding another layer of compression.

Will the result be suitable for printing?

It may become more usable at a larger size, but print quality depends on the source, intended dimensions, viewing distance, and the amount of detail that was originally present.
