The subject outline becomes the design
Silhouette Maker uses the existing subject alpha as a mask. If the photo has no transparency, it first runs the proven background-removal workflow instead of guessing with a brittle color threshold.
- Use a real subject mask
- Transparent PNGs keep their current contour; ordinary photos isolate the subject before rasterizing it.
- Choose any solid color
- Start with black or select another HEX color for the complete visible subject.
- Control the background
- Export on transparency, white, or a custom solid color without changing the silhouette shape.
- Continue editing
- The final raster result is saved into the existing photo history and can be used by other ClearCrowds tools.

A silhouette can only be as complete as the visible subject
The tool fills the isolated subject. It cannot reconstruct a cropped limb, separate overlapping subjects, or invent a hidden contour.
- Ordinary opaque photos first run background removal automatically at no charge.
- Hair, fur, motion blur, and low contrast can produce a softer or less exact edge.
