1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the ClearCrowds Terms of Service. It explains what content and behavior are allowed when using ClearCrowds websites, apps, AI photo editing workflows, uploads, prompts, downloads, sharing, subscriptions, and point purchases.
ClearCrowds is designed for legitimate photo cleanup, retouching, privacy redaction, and creative editing workflows. It is not designed for adult content, deceptive identity edits, illegal activity, or harmful image generation.
2. Allowed use
You may use ClearCrowds to edit photos that you own or have permission to process, including travel photos, product images, real estate photos, personal portraits, marketplace images, social content, and other lawful images.
You may use cleanup, enhancement, privacy blur, and creative presets when the result does not mislead viewers, violate rights, evade safety restrictions, or create prohibited content.
3. Prohibited sexual and adult content
ClearCrowds prohibits NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, fetish, adult entertainment, erotic, or sexually provocative content, including AI-generated content.
You may not use ClearCrowds to upload, prompt for, generate, edit, enhance, restore, transform, publish, or share sexual content. This includes content involving nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses, sexual services, adult roleplay, or any sexualization of minors.
4. Harmful, illegal, or high-risk content
You may not use ClearCrowds to create, edit, or distribute content involving terrorism, violent extremism, graphic violence, blood or gore, self-harm, threats, harassment, hate, illegal exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, or other unlawful or high-risk activity.
You may not use ClearCrowds to make or alter documents, IDs, evidence, medical records, financial records, legal records, safety-critical materials, or public-interest images in a deceptive or fraudulent way.
5. Identity, privacy, and rights
You may not use ClearCrowds for face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, non-consensual likeness manipulation, or edits intended to deceive viewers about a person's identity, consent, behavior, location, or real-world actions.
Do not upload or process photos unless you have the copyright, publicity, likeness, portrait, privacy, editing, and other permissions needed for the requested workflow.
6. Deceptive commercial edits
Do not use ClearCrowds to hide permanent defects, safety hazards, blocked views, product damage, property damage, or material information when the edit could mislead buyers, renters, viewers, platforms, regulators, or other decision-makers.
If an edit could materially affect how someone evaluates a product, listing, property, person, or event, keep the edit conservative and disclose material changes where appropriate.
7. Enforcement
ClearCrowds may refuse a request, block uploads or prompts, disable sharing, disable downloads, remove content, expire sensitive temporary files, restrict accounts, revoke entitlements, report abuse, or suspend access when we believe content or behavior violates this policy or creates legal, platform, payment, provider, safety, or operational risk.
Policy enforcement may use automated review, provider-side moderation, manual review, abuse signals, or user reports. AI safety systems are imperfect, and ClearCrowds may update this policy as products, laws, providers, and platform rules change.
